1. Judges in Minnesota can take TIPS, and that MUST STOP.
"Minnesota Code of Judicial Conduct" Canon 3.13 (B)(11), allows judges
to take $150 tips without reporting them.

2. Judges should be elected, not appointed, unless due to death.

3. A Legislative Commission should be formed to evaluate judges and report to the public. 

4. Today mostly lawyers evaluate judges for discipline. That's not good.

1. Donovan Frank, Federal Judge, cheated Earth Protector in favor of Disney's use of the Earth Protector trademark without permission.

2. Rosanne Nathanson, Ramsey County Judge, restrained Leslie Davis at the request of Jesse Ventura, who appointed her, and she did it ex parte, which mean without Davis present to offer his side of th issue. Natnahson restrained Davis from going to public places because Ventura lied. under oath, by saying Davis threatened to damage his car..

3. Michael Fetsch, Ramsey County Judge, backed up the lies upon Davis Appeal.

4. William Macklin, Scott County Judge, had a conflict of interest on the Jeffers Pond case becaise he was close friends with the Wensman family of homes developer. Together they allowed the destruction of the integrity of Jeffers Pond in Prior Lake, Minnesota.

I am editing the Hennepin County story of the time in 2006 they arrested me for insisting on speaking at my designated time. I sued the county and decisions that were made against me by Federal Magistgrate Arthur Boylan, and Hennepin District Court Judge Lloyd Zimmerman, were beyond common sense, law, and ethics.

In Judge Arthur Boylan's ORDER, he "assumed" there was a list of speakers that was followed but there was no list. Judge Boylan substituted assumptionis for facts and burned me.
